Analyzing ACCESS Growth | May 15, 2025 | 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM CT
Learn how to use the ACCESS Growth Charts that are posted on the DESE website and explore the implications. The purpose of these charts is to determine your student's progress related to other MLs in Missouri of the same grade and starting proficiency level. This process is intended to make “apples to apples” comparisons between students. From this information, you can analyze the effectiveness of your school’s support program for individual students, students at specific proficiency levels and entire grade levels.
Additionally, data from several case studies will be presented to aid in improvement efforts for the following school year. Any relevant updates from DESE will be shared with the group.
