Aspire Cohort 4 | September 16, 2026 - April 15, 2027 | 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

This is a site-based PD for St. Louis Public Schools secondary teachers only. Aspire® is a professional development opportunity designed for all educators who teach middle school (grades 6-9). This training equips ELA and content-area teachers in implementing adaptable, evidence-based strategies rooted in the Science of Reading to assist students with improving their reading and writing. Aspire® empowers educators with the knowledge and tools needed to support students struggling with literacy, fostering proficient readers and writers in the classroom.
This training requires a one-year commitment consisting of:
*Attending an Aspire® Kick-off either July 29, July 30 or August 4
*Participating in four face-to-face training sessions
*Completing online training and Bridge to Application activities
*All work must be completed by May 31st, 2027
Session 1: Wednesday, September 16, 2026
Session 2: Thursday, November 19, 2026
Session 3: Tuesday, January 26, 2027
Session 4: Thursday, April 15, 2027

Cancellations made more than 10 business days before the event start date will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 10 business days or less are not eligible for a refund.
If an event is cancelled due to inclement weather or low enrollment, a full refund will be issued.
No-shows will be billed in full.
