This interactive and engaging workshop will take a micro/macro perspective on school and learning culture and develop strategies for consistent examination of our habits of mind and cultural norms. Our work will center around building community that focuses on assets/gifts through a cooperative mindful approach and will enhance your school culture with a lens of what is best for all.

We will engage in and design protocols for creating sustainable cross-cultural norms that can lead to more inclusive affirming learning environments. Learn how to enhance equity and technology that takes tech past the 1:1 ratio. These protocols and strategies will focus on people, processes and policies by looking within to create an outward equitable community.
