This regional professional learning experience supports districts in designing and strengthening Individual Career Academic Plan (ICAP) systems that are intentional, aligned and actionable for every student.

Grounded in the work of the Success-Ready Students Network (SRSN), this workshop moves beyond compliance-based ICAPs to focus on creating cohesive systems that connect:

  • Coursework and academic pathways
  • Market Value Assets (MVAs)
  • Real-world learning experiences
  • Post-secondary goals and career pathways

Explore how to build systems where counselors, administrators, teachers, real-world learning coordinators and A+ coordinators work in alignment to support students in developing meaningful, personalized pathways.

The workshop emphasizes intentional design, ensuring that every student’s ICAP reflects a clear progression of experiences that build skills, confidence and career awareness over time.
