EdPlus Direct On Demand: Culturally and Linguistically Responsive Teacher
This course is designed to build educator capacity to provide quality instruction for culturally and linguistically diverse (CLD) students. Participants will explore research and theories focused on educating CLD students as well as gain practical strategies that can be applied to their teaching right away. Learn effective approaches that will support ALL of your students!
- Gain knowledge and clarity about culturally and linguistically responsive classroom instruction.
- Reflect on current practices, identify areas of opportunity, and develop a plan to increase implementation of culturally and linguistically responsive practices.
- Interact with content and other participants through discussion forums and assignments.
This is a self-paced online course that will take approximately 15 hours to complete.
One graduate credit is available for an extra fee upon successful completion.
