The Instructional Leadership Summit is for administrators seeking to further develop their leadership skills to sustain a positive learning environment, meet the needs of diverse learners and attract, support and retain teachers.

Keynote speakers, John Antonetti, Dr. DaMond Holt and Dr. Mike Schmoker will focus on impactful leadership, positive school culture and equity. Attendees can further explore the topics in breakout sessions led by these educational thought leaders.

You are encouraged to attend with a team as this summit is designed to provide time for deep dives into specific themes of leadership along with time to collaborate and consider how to apply your new learning. Delve deep into high quality curriculum, instruction and assessment. Learn how to create a positive climate and culture that supports all learners. Sharpen your feedback and coaching skills to support the teachers you serve.

Leadership is an important lever in school success, and research indicates that developing confidence in one’s own skills can have a positive impact on student achievement (Wallace Foundation, 2019). Participating in this summit will help you gain new perspectives, renew your motivation and give you a playbook for the upcoming school year.
