This series is designed to equip new and emerging leaders with the practical skills and self-awareness needed to lead with confidence, build trust and drive team success. Whether you're a new district administrator, instructional coach, teacher leader, or support staff supervisor, this series focuses on a high-leverage leadership practice to help you grow personally and lead more effectively. Each session blends practical tools, guided reflection, and collaborative discussion to support your growth and impact as a new leader.

Great leadership begins with knowing yourself. This interactive session will explore the foundations of self-awareness and how it shapes your relationships and effectiveness as a leader. Using the DiSC assessment, attendees will uncover core motivators, priorities and stressors—gaining powerful insights into their management style and how it impacts others.

Building on this foundation, explore how to recognize and appreciate the diverse work styles and priorities of your team. Learn how to build deeper, authentic connections with colleagues and direct reports and develop a personalized leadership plan that leverages self-awareness to foster a culture of trust and collaboration.
