MAP-A Using the DLM System | September 9, 2024 | 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM CT
This training is for Special Education personnel who are new to the administration of the MAP-A Dynamic Learning Maps (DLM) system or those who need to become familiar with the process.
Participants will learn how the various levels of the MAP work together to create a dynamic test for each individual student; how to select appropriate Essential Elements based upon the blueprint and the grade level; and how to integrate Instructionally Relevant Testlets into the classroom instruction.
Additionally, participants will learn how to use the Educator Portal and what equipment will be necessary for students to complete this assessment.
Patti Stenger serves all our member districts with professional development and support around special education needs. Patti has over 37 years of experience as a speech pathologist in both the private and public sector including serving in a variety of roles in schools as both a Service Provider, Educator and Administrator. Patti is passionate about utilizing her education and experience to work with educators and colleagues.
