Part of the Missouri Teacher Development System (MTDS), this series will take your lesson design to the next level. This program offers continued support for early educators, those who entered the profession through alternative certification, or those navigating changes in content or grade level.

This competency-based program equips participants with research and evidence-based practices to foster critical thinking and problem-solving. Explore topics aligned to classroom needs and establish meaningful growth goals for both students and professional practice.

This program emphasizes key MTDS competencies, including designing learning tasks, activities and experiences; advancing critical thinking and problem-solving; facilitating student inquiry and research; and setting growth goals. Completion of a Beginning Teacher Assistance (BTAP) program is recommended prior to enrollment.

Enhance your teaching skills and create engaging, thought-provoking lessons for your students.
