Diane Gillaspie serves EdPlus member districts by providing professional development to teachers in the beginning stages of their career to those who are seeking mastery. Diane has spent over 20 years in education, serving as a kindergarten and first grade teacher, instructional coach, director of curriculum and instruction, and provided contracted professional development. She believes that our schools deserve teachers who have a high level of self-efficacy, love what they do and believe in their students. Students today need a culturally sound classroom that understands and respects who they are as individuals and provides an engaging environment that is conducive to their personal learning style. Teachers need continuous support to grow their pedagogy and Diane seeks to be a part of their journey. At the end of the day, every bit of work she is passionate about is for the empowerment and benefit of our students.

Emily Hilligoss serves our member districts by providing professional development to support new teachers. Emily has been in education for nine years serving as a library clerical aide, secondary ELA teacher and as a district curriculum and instructional coach. She was a 2022 St. Louis Regional Teacher of the Year and a semi-finalist for the state of Missouri. Emily believes that building relationships both in and out of the classroom is the foundation upon which we grow. She is passionate about supporting and empowering teachers to confidently and effectively help students reach success.
