John Converse is an International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP) Certified Trainer and serves all our member districts through customized professional development. Most recently he has worked with Washington, Kirkwood and Francis Howell school districts on Restorative Practices training. John has worked in education for over 13 years including serving as an Administrator and Teacher in a high-risk, low-income district for more than 10 years. He is passionate about building relationships between students, teachers and community members.
Lindsay Schmidt serves our members by helping to develop behavioral systems of support, facilitate professional development for beginning teachers and is an ISTE Certified Educator and Trainer. Lindsay has worked in education for over 12 years as a Classroom Teacher, Consultant and Professional Development Facilitator. Her background is in elementary and early childhood education, special education, math, science and technology. Lindsay is passionate about empowering educators, building capacity and action planning to increase positive outcomes for educators and students.

If an event is cancelled due to inclement weather or low enrollment, a full refund will be issued.
No-shows will be billed in full.
