Designed to support schools and districts in strengthening and refreshing their MO SW-PBS implementation, explore the core systems and practices that drive effective, sustainable behavior supports. Through guided reflection, data review and collaborative problem-solving, identify actionable next steps to improve fidelity and increase overall impact.
Lindsay Schmidt serves our members by helping to develop multi-tiered behavioral systems of support and facilitate customized professional development. She is a Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor and an ISTE Certified Educator and Trainer. Lindsay has worked in education for more than 17 years. Her background is in elementary and early childhood education, special education, math, science and technology. Lindsay is passionate about empowering staff, increasing internal capacity and action planning to yield positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
