Kick off the school year with your AI toolkit already built.

This is a beginner-friendly, hands-on workshop designed for school leaders to move from AI-curious to AI-ready. We bridge the gap between "how the tech works" and "how a leader uses it." Every segment follows a Demo + Create model: we’ll show you a tool’s potential through a leadership lens, then give you the supported time to build it yourself.

What We’ll Cover:

*Gemini Basics: Understand the "why" behind Generative AI and get comfortable navigating Google’s powerful AI collaborator.

*Custom Gems: Learn to build "Gems"—custom AI experts tailored to your needs, like a communications coach or policy advisor. You’ll have dedicated time to create your own during the session.

*NotebookLM: Transform your handbooks, meeting notes and district docs into a private, interactive research assistant. We’ll help you upload your resources so you leave with a personalized knowledge base.

*Leading with Vision: Throughout the morning, the presenters will provide a technology integration and leadership lens, offering creative strategies to use these tools to improve culture, streamline communication and support staff.

What to Bring: Please bring your laptop and any digital resources (handbooks, PDFs or planning docs) you’d like to use to build your personal AI tools.

The Goal: Leave this session not just with "ideas," but with a fully functional AI toolkit built by you, for your specific leadership role.
