This professional learning session equips educators and district leaders to use Descriptive Dashboards as a powerful tool for telling their district’s story and engaging stakeholders in today’s changing accountability environment, inclusive of A-F ranking, APR and other systems.

Gain a clear understanding of the purpose, structure and key components of Descriptive Dashboards, including High School Readiness and College, Career and Workplace Readiness performance indicators, while learning how real-time interim assessment data provides timely, actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Through guided exploration of live dashboard examples, common language and reporting practices, build the skills to navigate and interpret data, build a descriptive dashboard, align dashboards with district initiatives such as the CIF/CSIP and effectively communicate student progress and impact to internal and external audiences.
